智慧城市是运用物联网、云计算、大数据、空间地理信息集成等新一代信息技术,促进城市规划、建设、管理和服务智慧化的新理念和新模式,是实现新型城镇化的重要路径,信息通信技术(ICT)作为支撑智慧城市建设的技术手段也正从ICT1.0步入ICT2.0时代,重点探讨ICT2.0的技术特征和ICT2.0智慧城市建设的总体框架,并介绍智慧湖北核心工程"楚天云"的建设思路。

Smart city is the new idea and new model to promote city planning, construction, management and wisdom service with the use of the new generation information technologies, such as the internet of things, cloud computing, big data, geospatial information integration and etc.Urbanization has become the greatest force in stimulating domestic demand,the smart city is an important way to achieve urbanization.Information and communication technology( ICT) as a supporting of Smart City constructionhas evolved from ICT1.0 to ICT2.0.This article focuses on the technical features of ICT2.0,how ICT2.0 support the smart city construc-tion, and describes chutian cloud, the key projects in Smart Hubei.
