This paper describes the business demand of hybrid cloud fusion media practice teaching platform,analyzes the basic composition and function of the platform,proposed the non functional design of the system business requirements,and media cloud platform for seamless integration,realize an end- to- end fusion media teaching service,in the integration of the media practice teaching activities,cloud,IP and other aspects has carried on the significant exploration and the practice.
