大数据的快速发展,使之成为信息时代的一大新兴产业。面向用户的市场营销方式已成为营销的主流。在区域营销与分片维修的基础上引入网格化思想,营维一体的网格化营销体系开始在广电业发展。分析了大数据技术在网格化营销中的应用,为今后广电大数据的发展提供一条思路。
