A Brief Analysis on the Selection of ERM Scheme Based on NGOD

基于NGOD的VOD视频点播系统在广播电视系统中广泛应用,在NGOD的边缘架构里,ERM为IPQAM系统规划和分配资源,优化了带宽资源的使用。ERM的工作模式分为积极模式和消极模式,模式的选择受系统效能、运行情况与接入用户数量等多种因素影响;而不同的模式选择也影响着系统的稳定性与用户的使用感受。因此,由理论参数去分析,并不能得出最优的运行模式,只有通过系统的实际测试运行,才能找到最适合的工作模式,获得最大的用户满意度。结合IPQAM系统的日常维护和用户故障情况,浅析ERM系统的工作模式选择。

Nowadays,the system of VOD video on demand based on NGOD is widely used in radio and televi-sion system.At the edge of the NGOD,there is a system module called ERM,which is used to plot and allocate resources for IPQAM system,optimizing the application of bandwidth resource.ERM working mode can be di-vided into “positive”and “negative”.The selection of mode can be affected by the system efficiency,system running situation as well as the number of the users;And different mode selection also affects the stability of the system and users' feelings.Thus,it is not perfect to reach the optimal operation mode by just following the analysis of parameter theory.Instead,only through the operation of the actual test of the system,can we find the most suitable operating mode to maximize customers'satisfaction.Based on the IPQAM system of daily ma-intenance and fault condition,this paper will analyze the mode selection of ERM system.
