大数据时代,如何对海量的有线电视运营数据进行经营分析,充分挖掘潜在有价值信息,提高自身运营效率和服务水平,加强市场竞争力,将是有线电视运营商未来发展的关键。介绍了有线电视大数据经营分析架构及指标框架,并以部分经营分析指标为例,进行运营大数据经营分析。
In the era of big data,it will be the key to the future development of the cable TV operators to make business analyses of the operational data of cable TV,fully discover the potential valuable information,improve the operating efficiency and service level,and strengthen the competitiveness in the market. This paper introduces business analysis framework and index framework of Cable TV big data,and takes some management analysis index as an example to make business analyses of the operational big data.
