基于同轴的广电语音业务的实现

The Application of Voice Service in Cable Network for Broadcast Television Network Operators

随着国家三网融合政策的进一步推进,广电开展语音业务政策的瓶颈已经消除,利用广电现有的同轴资源开展语音服务,主要涉及语音平台的搭建。并针对不同环境的设备选型、运营维护体系的建立,语音业务的成本考量等方面进行阐述以及分享陕广语音业务发展的经验。

With the development of the tri-networks integration in China,policy bottleneck in voice service has been eliminated for broadcast television network operators. To conduct Vo IP with the existing coaxial resources is mainly associated with the building of Vo IP soft switch platform. This paper mainly discusses and shares the experience of voice service in SXBCTV from the aspects of equipment selections under different environments,the building of the system of operation and maintenance and the method of cost considerations.
