This paper introduces the construction of food order system on Cloud Media TV of JSCN. The System is a form of new media combining the internet and based on CATV network. It combines dishes in restaurants with cloud media and provides convenient and simple online order system for users by allowing them pay with virtual currency. Thus it offers users safe,reliable,green experience of order on TV so as to be an innovation in radio and television.
