摘要 为满足消费者对流媒体内容、实时视频和24小时全天候联网方面与日俱增的需求,运营商不断寻求更高效的途径来使用现存有授权的频谱,而且部分运营商正在考虑通过将类似LTE的业务扩展至非授权频谱中以增大容量,这是非授权频谱至关重要的结合点,在该频谱中,新技术和现有Wi Fi部署的友好共存十分重要。运营商当前正在考虑两种专门针对非授权频谱使用而开发的LTE技术:非标准LTE-U(非授权频谱)协议和目前正在开发的LAA(辅助授权接入)标准。 To keep pace with consumers' ever increasing appetite for streaming content,real- time video and24 /7 connectivity,operators are constantly looking into more efficient ways to use existing licensed spectrum and some are now looking to expand LTE- like service into unlicensed spectrum to increase capacity. This is a critical juncture for unlicensed spectrum in which friendly co- existence between new technology and existing Wi Fi deployments is paramount. There are two LTE technologies designed for use in unlicensed spectrum currently under consideration by operators: the non- standard LTE- Unlicensed( LTE- U) protocol and the License Assisted Access( LAA) standard currently under development.
