2015年河北省唐山市法定传染病疫情分析

Analysis of epidemic situation of statutory infectious diseases of Tangshan City Hebei Province in 2015

目的了解唐山市2015年法定传染病的流行趋势和重点传染病流行特征,为今后制定防控措施提供依据。方法对'传染病报告信息管理系统'中唐山市2015年法定传染病疫情资料进行描述流行病学分析。结果 2015年唐山市共报告法定传染病20种27 214例,年均发病率350.5/10万。男性多于女性,发病人群主要集中在20~69岁组(16 147例),占59.3%;职业以农民和散居儿童为主,分别占44.9%和24.7%。乙类传染病以血源及性传播疾病为主(63.7%),丙类传染病以肠道疾病为主(92.4%);主要传染病为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、其它感染性腹泻病和手足口病。结论病毒性肝炎、肺结核、其它感染性腹泻病和手足口病是目前唐山市传染病防治工作的重点,应加强宣传教育,做好疾病监测工作。

Objective To understand the epidemic trend of statutory infectious diseases and the epidemic characteristics of key infectious diseases in Tangshan City in 2015,and to provide basis for the formulation of prevention and control measures in the future.Methods A descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on data of the incidence of notifiable infectious diseases of Tangshan in 2015 in 'Disease Monitoring and Information Reporting Management System'.Results A total of 27 214 cases of 20 kinds of infectious diseases were reported in 2015,with an average annual incidence rate of 350.5/100 000.The incidence of male were more than female,and the incidence of the population was mainly concentrated in the 20 to 69-year-old group(16 147 cases),accounting for 59.3%.The occupation was mainly in farmers and scattered children,accounting for 44.9% and 24.7%,respectively.The number of cases of category B infectious diseases which were transmitted through blood and sexual intercourse were the highest(63.7%).The main cases of category C infectious diseases were intestinal diseases,accounting for92.4%.The major infectious diseases were viral hepatitis,pulmonary tuberculosis,other infectious diarrhea diseases and hand-foot-mouth disease.Conclusion Viral hepatitis,tuberculosis,other infectious diarrhea diseases and hand-foot-and-mouth disease are currently the focus of infectious diseases prevention and control in Tangshan City.It is necessary to strengthen publicity and education and do a good job in disease surveillance.
