对某部队新兵艾滋病知识、行为和态度的调查分析

目的了解某部新兵艾滋病相关知识行为态度,为部队有针对性地开展艾滋病健康教育提供参考。方法对某部2017年346名新兵艾滋病基本知识知晓水平、知识获取途径和相关行为态度进行问卷调查,采用χ2检验对知晓率进行统计分析。结果新兵对艾滋病主要传播途径的知晓率均在70%以上,但是对艾滋病非传播途径的知晓率较低,如对'蚊虫叮咬不会传播艾滋病'的知晓率仅为48.84%。新兵主要通过网络及电视广播获取艾滋病相关知识。文化程度高的新兵对艾滋病知识知晓率高于文化程度低的新兵,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);来自大城市的新兵对部分艾滋病知识点的知晓率高于来自农村的新兵,且差异有统计学意义。新兵最希望了解的是关于艾滋病的预防知识,79.77%认为最适合部队的艾滋病宣讲教育方式为现场讲座上课。结论新兵对艾滋病基本知识知晓水平普遍较低,文化程度是影响艾滋病知识知晓率的主要因素,提示要有针对性地对新兵进行健康教育,进一步提高其对艾滋病预防的知晓水平。

Objective To investigate the mastery HIV/AIDS-related knowledge,behavior and attitude among recruits in a certain troop so as to contribute to the implementation of AIDS-related health education.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the knowledge level,knowledge acquisition methods and related behavioral attitudes of 346 recruits in a certain department in 2017.Awareness rate of HIV/AIDS-related were analyzed using χ2 test.Results The rate of the major transmission routes awareness was over 70%,but the awareness rate of non-transmission pathways was low.For example,the awareness rate of 'mosquito bites does not spread AIDS' was only 48.84%.The recruits mainly access HIV/AIDS-related knowledge through network and TV broadcasts.The awareness of AIDS knowledge among recruits with high education level was higher than that of recruits with low education level.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Recruits from major cities have higher awareness of some AIDS knowledge points than recruits from rural areas,and the difference was statistically significant.The recruits most want to know about AIDS prevention knowledge,and 79.77% thought that the most suitable AIDS education method for the troops was the on-site lecture.Conclusion The awareness of HIV/AIDS-related knowledge is generally low among recruits,and the level of education is the main factor.It suggests that targeted health education should be carried out in a targeted manner to further improve their awareness of HIV prevention.
