Investigation on the mental health status of retired cadres

目的通过对张家口市离退休市直处级以上干部心理健康情况的调查,了解心理健康状况分析成因,提出改善心理健康状况的工作方法,为今后干部保健工作提供有效工作策略。方法通过自编《离退休领导干部心理健康调查问卷》,对张家口市市直行政1 571名离退休干部进行问卷调查,收集问卷,并进行归纳总结。结果将离退休干部心理行为答卷分析后发现诸多问题,离退休干部(男性)的偏执评分(2.62±0.32)、焦虑评分(2.58±0.35)、强迫评分(2.52±0.45)、抑郁评分(2.45±0.37)、恐惧评分(2.27±0.26)、敌对评分(1.93±0.38),离退休干部(女性)的偏执评分(2.33±0.31)、焦虑评分(2.32±0.34)、强迫评分(2.21±0.33)、抑郁评分(2.17±0.24)、恐惧评分(2.07±0.35)、敌对评分(1.63±0.21),特征值大小排序偏执、焦虑、强迫、抑郁、恐惧、敌对因子。女性心理相关因子评分结果好于男性,这与女干部工作期间应对各种复杂问题,心理承受力得到极大锻炼密切相关。退休时间影响相关因子评分,随着年龄的增长,老人的脑力、体力出现各种问题,生活自理能力下降,易产生悲观失望、对未来生活感到恐惧的心理。结论通过对离退休干部的心理健康问题深入调查,发现他们在心理健康方面存在诸多问题。应采取积极有效的应对措施,保障其身心健康,从而安享晚年生活。

Objective To investigate the mental health situation of cadres at or above the level of retired city in Zhangjiakou City,to understand the causes of the analysis of mental health situation,to propose working methods to improve mental health situation,to provide effective working strategies for cadres health care in the future.Methods Through the self-compiled 'retired leading cadres mental health questionnaire'survey,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 1 571 retired cadres in Zhangjiakou City.The questionnaires were collected and summarized.Results After analyzing the psychological behavior of retired cadres,many problems were found.The retired cadres(male) had a paranoid score of(2.62 ± 0.32),an anxiety score of(2.58 ± 0.35),a compulsive score of(2.52 ± 0.45),a depressive score of(2.45 ± 0.37),a fear score of(2.27 ± 0.26),a hostile score of(1.93 ± 0.38).Retired cadres(female) had a paranoid score of(2.33 ± 0.31),an anxiety score of(2.32 ±0.34) and a forced score of(2.21 ± 0.33),a depression score of(2.17 ± 0.24),a fear score of(2.07 ± 0.35),a hostility score of(1.63 ± 0.21).The eigenvalue size sequence were paranoid,anxious,compulsive,depressed,fearful,hostile.The results of women’s psychosomatic factor score were better than that of men,which is closely related to women’s ability to cope with complicated problems during their work.Retirement time affects the relevant factor score,with the increase of age,old people’s mental energy problems,reduced ability to take care of themselves,prone to pessimistic disappointment about the future of the psychological fear.Conclusion Through an in-depth investigation of mental health problems of retired cadres,it is found that they have many problems in mental health.Active and effective measures should be taken to protect their physical and mental health so that they can enjoy their later years of life.
