2009-2016年西安市某高校大学生肺结核患病情况分析

Analysis of the prevalence of tuberculosis among college students in a university of Xi’an from 2009 to 2016

目的调查西安市某高校近8年大学生结核病的患病情况及特征,为学校开展结核病的防控工作提供依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对西安市某高校近2009-2016年大学生患结核病的资料进行分析,采用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计学分析。结果西安市某高校学生肺结核总患病率为150.57/10万,男性结核病患病率显著高于女性(χ~2=12.56,P<0.01);农村来源的结核病患病率显著高于城市来源(χ~2=27.62,P<0.01)。结论针对性开展健康教育宣传工作,做好健康体检,加强日常疫情监测可以有效降低结核病的发病率。

Objective To investigate the prevalence and characteristics of tuberculosis(TB) case of college student in recent eight years,and to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of TB in colleges and universities.Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the data of TB case of college student of a university of Xi’an from 2009 to 2016.SPSS13.0 was used to of data analysis.Results The total prevalence of TB of the school was 150.57/100 000,the prevalence of male TB was significantly higher than that in female’s(χ~2=12.56,P<0.01).The prevalence of TB in rural areas was significantly higher than in urban area’s(χ~2= 27.62,P<0.01).Conclusion In order to effectively reduce the incidence of TB,it is necessary to develop health of education,achieve the admission and graduation heath physical examination and trengthen of the daily epidemic monitoring.
