2015-2017年河北省张家口市保健对象健康体检报告分析

Analysis of health checkup report of health care subjects in Zhangjiakou City,Hebei Province from 2015 to 2017

目的通过对2015-2017年近3年来保健对象年份体检报告的分析,找到影响健康的危险因素,为今后干部保健工作提供有效策略。方法收集2015-2017年352名保健对象982人次健康体检结果,分析总结保健对象的健康状况。结果分析数据近3年来高血压异常值分别为21. 3%、20. 5%、17. 4%,血糖异常值分别为22. 6%、21. 5%、18. 9%,心电图异常值分别为14. 3%、13. 7%、12. 1%,肝功能异常值分别为17. 1%、16. 8%、13. 6%,肾功能异常值分别为16. 5%、15. 2%、14. 4%,甲状腺功能异常值分别为16. 1%、15. 8%、12. 9%,以上各项指标均呈逐年下降态势。B超检查异常除脂肪肝、胆结石外其他检查异常的比例在逐年上升,分别为84. 8%、85. 4%、89. 2%,说明新发B超异常病例每年都出现,也与保健对象所患疾病不具可逆性密切相关。结论为保健对象定期提供体检服务,及时发现病情,采取积极的治疗措施,可以有效保障他们的身心健康。

Objective To analyze the annual medical examination report of health care subjects in the past three years from 2015 to 2017,to find the risk factors that affect health,and provide effective working strategies for the future health care work of cadres. Methods The results of 982 health examinations were collected from 352 health patients from 2015 to 2017,and the health status of health-care subjects was analyzed and summarized. Results The abnormal values of hypertension in the past three years were 21. 3%,20. 5%,17. 4%,respectively. The abnormal values of blood glucose were 22. 6%,21. 5%,18. 9%,respectively. The abnormal values of electrocardiogram were 14. 3%,13. 7%,and 12. 1%,respectively. The abnormal values of liver function were 17. 1%, 16. 8%, 13. 6%, respectively. The abnormal values of renal function were 16. 5%, 15. 2%,14. 4%,respectively. The abnormal values of thyroid function were 16. 1%,15. 8%,and 12. 9%,respectively. All the indicators above show a downward trend year by year. The proportion of B-ultrasound abnormalities except for fatty liver and gallstones increases year by year( 84. 8%,85. 4% and 89. 2%,respectively),indicating that new cases of B-ultrasound abnormalities occur every year,and it is closely related to the irreversibility of diseases in health care subjects. Conclusion Regular medical examination services for health care providers,timely detection of the condition,and active treatment measures can effectively protect their physical and mental health.
