摘要
目的通过对贵阳市云岩区某幼儿园一起食物中毒进行流行病学调查,为学校食物中毒预防提供依据。方法采用现场流行病学调查和实验室检验。结果共有228人共同就餐,中毒57人,罹患率25. 0%(57/228),从一名患儿的呕吐物和幼儿园食堂留样的食品中检出金黄色葡萄球菌及其肠毒素。结论该起事件为一起金黄色葡萄球菌污染食品并产生肠毒素引起的细菌性食物中毒事故,发生原因为食品加工和存放不规范。
Objective To conduct an epidemiological investigation of food poisoning in a kindergarten of Yunyan District of Guiyang,so as to provide a basis for preventing food poisoning in school. Methods The field epidemiological investigation and laboratory testing method were adopted. Results A total of 228 people ate together,among which 57 people were poisoned and the attack rate was 25. 0%( 57/228). Staphylococcus aureus and its enterotoxin were detected from a child’s vomit and a sample of food in the kindergarten canteen. Conclusion The incident was a bacterial food poisoning accident( Staphylococcus aureus produced enterotoxin),and it occurred because the food processing and storage were not standardized.
