Investigated on staffing configuration and hygienic knowledge awareness rate of socialized canteens in 44 colleges and universities

目的了解院校食堂从业人员配置和卫生知识知晓率等情况,为发挥人力资源效益提供依据。方法以自行设计的调查表为工具,采用普查的方法对某部44个院校社会化食堂的从业人员配置和卫生知识知晓率进行调查。结果调查从业人员1 956名,健康证持证率95. 96%,农村人口占73. 62%,3年以下工龄人员占60. 12%,高中或中专学历人员占56. 90%,从业人员和就餐人数比例为1∶20～1∶25,卫生知识总体及格率86. 40%。结论从业人员流动性大,卫生素质不高,自我认同感不强,需完善人力资源管理体制,提高生产效益。

Objective To understand the staffing configuration and the awareness rate of health knowledge in the canteens of the colleges and universities,and to provide evidence for the utilization of human resources. Methods Self-designed questionnaire together with the census method were used to investigate the staffing configuration and health knowledge awareness rate of the socialized canteens of 44 colleges and universities. Results A total of 1 956 employees were investigated. Among them,95. 96%held the health certificates;73. 62% were come from rural areas;60. 12% had been working for less than 3 years,56. 90%had the education level of senior high. The ratio of employees to diners was 1∶ 20 ~ 1∶ 25,and the overall passing rate of hygiene knowledge was 86. 40%. Conclusion The employees are highly mobile,their awareness quality of health is not high,and their sense of self-identity is not strong. It is necessary to improve the management system as well as the efficiency of production.
