一起由产TDH毒力因子引起副溶血性弧菌食物中毒的调查分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的调查和分析廊坊市某县某村丧宴食物中毒的原因,为疾控工作人员采取相应卫生防治措施提供理论依据。方法汇总现场流行病学与食品卫生学调查情况及微生物实验室检验结果,对本次食物中毒事件进行分析。结果150人丧宴就餐,出现不同程度的食物中毒症状9人。随机采集5例病例的肛拭子标本,副溶血性弧菌阳性。PCR均检测出副溶血性弧菌的耐热溶血素(thermostable directhemolysin,TDH)毒力因子。PFGE聚类分析,同源性100. 00%。结论本次食物中毒是由副溶血性弧菌污染食物引起的。建议加强对农村家宴食品的安全监管。 Objective To investigate and analyze the causes of feast food poisoning in a village of a county in Langfang City so as to provide the theoretical basis of the disease prevention and control for the staff to take appropriate health control measures. Methods The epidemiological and food hygiene investigations and microbiological laboratory test results were summarized to analyze the food poisoning incident. Results A total of 150 peoplewere banqueted for dinner,and 9 people had different levels of food poisoning symptoms. Anal swab specimens from 5 patients were randomly collected and Vibrio parahaemolyticus was positive. The thermolytic hemolysin( TDH) virulence factors of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected by PCR. PFGE cluster analysis showed a homology of 100. 00%. Conclusion The food poisoning was caused by the contamination of food with Vibrio parahaemolyticus. It is recommended to strengthen the safety supervision of rural feast foods in rural areas.
