摘要
目的分析内江市某酒店发生的一起食物中毒事件,为今后食物中毒事件处理提供经验。方法采用现场流行病学调查,Excel 2007分析调查相关资料。结果本次食物中毒74人,临床症状以腹痛、腹泻为主;潜伏期最短3 h、最长40 h,中位数16 h,11例病人肛拭样品中分离培养出副溶血性弧菌。结论该事件为一起副溶血性弧菌引起的食物中毒事件,建议开展相关食品安全和卫生知识宣贯,同时监督机构加强餐饮单位的监督检查。
Objective To analyze a food poisoning event in X hotel in Neijiang,and to provide a reference for the treatment of food poisoning in the future. Methods Field epidemiological survey was carried out. Excel 2007 was used to investigate the related data. Results There were 74 patients with food poisoning. The clinical symptoms were mainly abdominal pain and diarrhea.The incubation period was as short as 3 h and as long as 40 h,with a median of 16 h. Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected from11 anal swab samples. Conclusion This food poisoning was cased by Vibrio parahaemolyticus. It is suggested to carry out relevant food safety and hygiene knowledge promotion. The supervision agency should strengthen the supervision and inspection of catering units.
