Analysis on syphilis epidemic in 2011-2017 in Qinghai Province

摘要 目的了解青海省梅毒疫情状况,为梅毒防控提供科学依据。方法应用描述性流行病学方法对青海省2011-2017年报告的梅毒病例数据进行分析。结果青海省2011-2017年共报告梅毒病例19 813例,报告发病率年均增长11. 79%。隐性梅毒在所有梅毒报告病例数的构成比从2011年的45. 10%提高到2017年的73. 09%,一期、二期、胎传梅毒报告发病率下降,三期梅毒报告发病率低但整体呈上升趋势,年均增长16. 42%。报告病例数居前3位的地区分别为西宁市、海南州、海东市,年均报告发病率居前3位的分别为海南州、果洛州、黄南州。20~49岁组报告病例数占全部报告病例的71. 09%,女性病例多于男性,农、牧民是发病的主要人群。结论青海省梅毒疫情呈逐年上升趋势,应进一步加强防控措施的落实,控制梅毒的流行。 Objective To understand the epidemiological trend and characteristics of syphilis,and provide scientific evidences for formulating preventive and control strategies. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the syphilis case data reported in Qinghai Province in 2011-2017. Results A total of 19 813 cases of syphilis were reported in Qinghai Province in 2011-2017,and the reported annual incidence increased by 11. 79%. The proportion of latent syphilis cases increased from 45. 10% in 2011 to 73. 09% in 2017. The incidence of first-phase,second-phase,and fetal syphilis decreased. The incidence of syphilis in the third-phase syphilis was low but the overall trend was on the rise,with an average annual increase of 16. 42%. The areas with top three reported cases were Xining City,Hainan State and Haidong City. The areas with top three annual incidence rates were Hainan State,Guoluo State and Huangnan State. The number of reported cases in the 20 ~ 49 age group accounted for 71. 09% of all reported cases,and the number of female cases was higher than that of males. The farmers and herdsmen were the main affected population. Conclusion The syphilis epidemic situation in Qinghai Province has been increasing year by year. The implementation of prevention and control measures should be further strengthened to control the prevalence of syphilis.
