河北省井陉县布病血清学监测结果分析

Analysis on serological surveillance results of brucellosis in Jingxing County of Hebei Province

目的掌握布病疫情动态、流行规律,为制定防治对策和措施提供科学依据。方法按照石家庄市布病重点职业人群血清学监测方案,每年对井陉县布病重点职业人群开展监测,同时采用试管凝集试验和琥红平板凝集试验进行检测,试管凝集试验结果在1∶100++以上判定为阳性。结果 2011-2016年共监测771人,阳性82人,阳性率10. 64%,各年阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=10. 29,P> 0. 05)。男性阳性率高于女性,各年龄组间阳性率差异无统计学意义。结论井陉县重点职业人群布病感染率多年来呈较高水平,防治工作应采取以消除传染源、保护易感人群、切断传播途径为主的综合防控措施。

Objective Master the epidemic situation and epidemic law of of brucellosis,and provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and control measures. Methods According to serological monitoring scheme of key occupational groups in Shijiazhuang,the monitoring of key occupational groups in Jingxing County was carried out every year. The test was carried out by using the tube agglutination test and the amber plate agglutination test. It was judged to be positive when the test results of the tube agglutination test were above 1∶ 100 + +. Results From 2011 to 2016,a total of 771 people were monitored,82 being positive,and the positive rate was 10. 64%. There was no statistically significant difference in the annual positive rate( χ~2= 10. 29,P >0. 05). The positive rate of male was higher than tha of female,and there was no significant difference in positive rate among different age groups. Conclusion The infection rate of human brucellosis in key occupational groups in Jingxing County has been high for many years. The prevention and control measures should be taken to eliminate the source of infection,protect the susceptible population and cut off the transmission routes.
