基于TOPSIS法的乌鲁木齐市基层医疗机构服务能力评价

Evaluation of the service capacity of primary medical institutions in Urumqi based on TOPSIS

目的分析掌握乌鲁木齐市7个区基层医疗机构的服务能力,并针对结果进行评价,提出建议。方法采用国家统一下发的基层医疗机构及其公共卫生服务人员调查表进行数据收集。结果乌鲁木齐市7个区基层医疗机构整体服务能力水平较低,个别区在人员素质、技术水平上有待提高;同时区域差距明显、发展不平衡,不利于基层医疗机构的发展。结论仍需继续加大对基层医疗机构软硬件的投入,平衡各区发展,加强人员培养,提高整体服务能力水平。

Objective To analyze the service capacity of primary medical institutions in seven districts of Urumqi and to evaluate the results and make suggestions.Methods Data collection was carried out by the national unified primary medical institutions and their public health service personnel questionnaires.Results The overall service capacity of primary medical institutions in 7 districts of Urumqi was relatively low.Several districts need to be improved in terms of personnel quality and technical level.At the same time,regional disparities and unbalanced development were not conducive to the development of primary medical institutions.Conclusion It is necessary to continue to increase the investment in hardware and software for primary medical institutions,balance the development of various districts,strengthen personnel training,and improve the overall service capability.
