武汉长江新城起步区2008-2017年血吸虫病疫情分析 被引量:1

Analysis of epidemic situation of schistosomiasis in the Starting Area of Wuhan Changjiang New Town from 2008 to 2017

摘要 目的分析武汉长江新城起步区2008-2017年血吸虫病疫情,为血吸虫病预防提供参考。方法整理武汉长江新城起步区2008-2017年血吸虫病疫情年报资料,逐年比较流行村、人畜感染情况和钉螺情况的数据,分析其变化趋势。结果武汉长江新城起步区现有6个流行村,2008年三类流行村2个、四类流行村4个,2017年6个流行村全部为五类流行村;耕牛感染率从0. 64%降为0. 00%,已成为无耕牛区,人群感染率从0. 36%降为0. 00%,人畜感染基本得到控制; 2017年实有钉螺面积下降为2008年的13. 15%。结论武汉长江新城起步区2008-2017年血吸虫病疫情基本控制,仍需保持血吸虫病防治,建立监测预警体系,防止疫情反弹。 Objective To analyze the schistosomiasis epidemic situation in the Starting Area of Wuhan Changjiang New Town and provide reference for the prevention of schistosomiasis.Methods The annual report of schistosomiasis epidemic situation in the starting area of Wuhan Yangtze River New City from 2008 to 2017 was compiled to compare the data of villages filled with schistosomiasis,human and animal infections and oncomelania year by year,analyzing its trend.Results There are six villages filled with schistosomiasis in the Starting Area of Wuhan Changjiang New Town.In 2008,there were two 3 rd villages filled with schistosomiasis and four 4 nd villages filled with schistosomiasis.In 2017,all six villages filled with schistosomiasis were 5 nd villages filled with schistosomiasis.The infection rate of cultivated cattle decreased from 0.64%to 0.00%,and it has become the area without cultivated cattle.The infection rate of the population decreased from 0.36%to 0.00%,and the human and animal infections were basically controlled.In 2017,the actual oncomelania area decreased from 13.15%in 2008.Conclusion The prevalence of schistosomiasis in the Starting Area of Wuhan Changjiang New Town from 2008 to 2017 is basically under control,and it is still necessary to maintain the prevention and control of schistosomiasis,establish a monitoring and early warning system,and prevent the epidemic rebound.
