武汉市2017年中小学教室环境卫生监测结果分析 被引量:4

Analysis of monitoring results of environmental hygiene in classrooms of primary and secondary schools in Wuhan in 2017

摘要 目的了解武汉市中小学教室环境卫生现状,为保障学生身心健康提供依据。方法 2017年随机抽取17所中小学,共51间教室,进行相关卫生指标监测,并根据《学校卫生综合评价》(GB/T 18205-2012)对监测结果进行分析。结果二氧化碳合格率为100.0%,课桌面照度合格率为90.2%,黑板照度合格率为39.2%,噪声合格率为7.8%。黑板照度在小学和中学间的差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.251,P <0.05)。课桌面照度和黑板照度在中心城区和远城区间的差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=3.880、9.280,P <0.05)。结论武汉市中小学教室黑板照度和噪声合格率偏低,需采取相应改进措施。 Objective To understand the current situation of classroom environmental hygiene in primary and secondary schools in Wuhan,and to provide basis for guaranteeing students’physical and mental health.Methods In 2017,17 primary and secondary schools with 51 classrooms were randomly selected to monitor the related health indicators,and the monitoring results were analyzed according to the Comprehensive Appraisement for Health in Schools(GB/T 18205-2012).Results The qualified rate of carbon dioxide,desktop illumination,blackboard illumination and noise is 100.0%,90.2%,39.2%and 7.8%,respectively.The difference in blackboard illumination between primary and secondary schools was statistically significant(χ~2=4.251,P<0.05).The difference between desktop illumination and blackboard illumination in the central and remote urban areas was statistically significant(χ~2=3.880,9.280,P<0.05).Conclusion The qualified rate of blackboard illumination and noise in primary and secondary school classrooms in Wuhan is low,and corresponding improvement measures should be taken.
