派罗欣联合抗病毒治疗对慢性丙肝病人病毒RNA定量、肝功能及Th1/Treg细胞因子含量的影响 被引量:3

Effects of pegasys combined with antiviral therapy on viral RNA quantitation,liver function and Th17/Treg cytokine contents in patients with chronic hepatitis C

摘要 目的研究派罗欣联合抗病毒治疗对慢性丙型病毒性肝炎(简称慢性丙肝)病人病毒RNA定量、肝功能及Th17/Treg细胞因子含量的影响。方法选择2014年5月~2017年6月在枣阳市第一人民医院诊断为慢性丙肝的病人,随机分为接受聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a(派罗欣)联合抗病毒治疗的观察组、接受干扰素α-2b联合抗病毒治疗的对照组。治疗前及治疗后6月,测定病毒RNA定量、肝损伤标志物、炎症细胞因子、Th17/Treg细胞因子的含量。结果治疗后6月,两组病人外周血中病毒RNA定量以及ALT、GGT、TBIL、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-12、IP-10、TGF-β1、IL-10、IL-17、Treg、Th17的含量与治疗前比较均显著降低,SF、ALB的含量与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(t_(观察组组内)=48. 767、25. 090、 13. 811、 24. 206、 15. 541、 6. 711、 24. 265、 25. 585、 13. 066、 20. 595、 21. 296、 13. 103、 17. 237、 22. 005、26. 084,t_(对照组组内)=41. 193、14. 454、7. 139、15. 631、7. 190、2. 449、15. 067、20. 090、7. 234、10. 657、11. 983、5. 890、10. 317、16. 177、10. 785,P均<0. 05)且观察组病人外周血中病毒RNA定量以及ALT、GGT、TBIL、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-12、IP-10、TGF-β1、IL-10、IL-17、Treg、Th17的含量均低于对照组,SF、ALB的含量均高于对照组(t=21. 846、15. 251、8. 850、10. 716、7. 777、3. 962、9. 109、11. 233、8. 448、10. 459、10. 787、8. 342、10. 798、17. 390、14. 491,P均<0. 05)。结论派罗欣联合抗病毒治疗慢性丙肝能够有效抑制病毒复制、改善肝功能及Th17/Treg免疫应答。 Objective To study the effect of pegasys combined with antiviral therapy on viral RNA quantitation,liver function and Th17/Treg cytokine contents in patients with chronic hepatitis C.Methods Patients who were diagnosed as chronic hepatitis C in our hospital from May 2014 to June 2017 were randomly divided into observation group underwent interferonα-2 a(pegasys)combined with antiviral therapy and control group underwent interferonα-2 b combined with antiviral therapy.Six months before and after the treatment,contents of viral RNA,liver injury markers,inflammatory cytokines and Th17/Treg cytokines were detected.Results Six months after treatment,contents of RNA,ALT,GGT,TBIL,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-12,IP-10,TGF-β1,IL-10,IL-17,Treg,Th17 in the peripheral blood of two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(tobservation group before and after treatment=48.767,25.090,13.811,24.206,15.541,6.711,24.265,25.585,13.066,20.595,21.296,13.103,17.237,22.005,26.084,tcontrol group before and after treatment=41.193,14.454,7.139,15.631,7.190,2.449,15.067,20.090,7.234,10.657,11.983,5.890,10.317,16.177,10.785,P<0.05).The contents of RNA,ALT,GGT,TBIL,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-12,IP-10,TGF-β1,IL-10,IL-17,Treg,Th17 were all lower than those in control group(t=21.846,15.251,8.850,10.716,7.777,3.962,9.109,11.233,8.448,10.459,10.787,8.342,10.798,17.390,14.491,P<0.05).Conclusion Pegasys combines with antiviral therapy on chronic hepatitis C can effectively inhibit viral replication,improve liver function and Th17/Treg immune response.
