摘要
目的考核部队新兵训练基地的肺结核疾病防控工作,并针对考核结果提供合理、有效的改进建议。方法于2017年11月使用自行研制的'部队常见传染病及食源性疾病防控工作评价系统',采用秩和比(rank-sum ratio,RSR)法对5个部队新兵训练基地肺结核的防控工作进行考核评价,根据考核结果提出具有针对性的整改策略。结果5个参与考核的部队新兵训练基地根据考核标准被分为优和良两档,评价为优的是部队基地B,评价为良的是部队基地A、C、D、E。参与考核部队肺结核防控工作主要存在的问题是部队官兵吸烟百分比、部队群体卡介苗接种率、部队肺结核防治机构人力资源、营房保暖情况、接触者痰涂片监测、部队新病人的就诊/确诊延迟、新痰涂片阳性者占活动性肺结核新病人比例等。结论使用'部队常见传染病及食源性疾病防控工作评价系统'为5个部队新兵训练基地肺结核防控工作现状进行了快速、简便、准确的考核评价,有助于这些部队肺结核防控工作的改进。
Objective To assess the prevention and control works of pulmonary tuberculosis in military training bases,and so as to provide reasonable and effective suggestions for improvement.Methods In Nov 2017,our self-developed'evaluation system of common infectious diseases and foodborne disease prevention and control works of forces'was used to access the tuberculosis prevention and control works of 5 recruit forces training bases by rank-sum ratio(RSR)method and a targeted rectification strategy is proposed based on the assessment results.Results According to the assessment criteria,five military training bases that participated in the assessment were divided into two grades.B unit was excellent and A,C,D,and E units were good.The main problems in five military training bases that participated in the assessment were the percentage of smokers in army;the rate of BCG vaccination in army;human resources of prevention and control administration of pulmonary tuberculosis in army;the insulation of barracks against the cold;he surveillance for sputum smear of contacts;the delay of consultation or diagnosis of new patients in army;the percentage of new smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis cases in new cases of pulmonary tuberculosis and so on.Conclusion By using the evaluation system of common infectious diseases and foodborne disease prevention and control works of forces,a rapid,convenient and correct evaluation of prevention and control works of pulmonary tuberculosis in military training bases were conducted,which is helpful to the improvement of prevention and control works.
