Analysis of laboratory external quality control of iodine deficiency disorders in Weinan City,Shaanxi Province in 2013-2017

目的分析渭南市2013-2017年碘缺乏病实验室外质控考核情况,发现质控工作中存在的问题和差距,进一步加强实验室质量控制,为碘缺乏病的防治决策提供质量保证。方法尿碘采用Z比分值方法评价,盐碘用参考值±不确定的方法评价。结果渭南市市级尿碘、盐碘反馈率100%,合格率100%;县级尿碘、盐碘反馈率为100%,经过验收的县级尿碘实验室尿碘合格率100%,县级盐碘合格率94%。结论渭南市县两级碘缺乏病实验室检测能力相对稳定且准确可靠,可以为碘缺乏病的防治工作提供客观、真实、可靠的监测数据。

Objective To analyze laboratory external quality control of iodine deficiency disorders in Weinan City in 2013-2017,find the problems and gap existing in the quality control,and further strengthen the laboratory quality control,and to provide quality assurance for the decision of iodine deficiency disorders and decision-making.Methods Urine iodine is evaluated by Z-score value method,and salt iodine is evaluated by reference value±uncertainty.Results Feedback rate and pass rate of urine iodine and salt iodine of Weinan City are 100%.Feedback rate of urine iodine and salt iodine of county laboratories are 100%.After the acceptance of the county urine iodine laboratory,urine iodine qualified rate of 100%,and the pass rate of salt iodine was 94%.Conclusion The detection ability of the two levels of iodine deficiency disease in Weinan is relatively stable and reliable,which can provide objective and reliable monitoring data for the prevention and control of iodine deficiency diseases.
