口腔门诊病人对乙型病毒性肝炎防治知识知晓状况及影响因素调查

Investigation on knowledge of prevention and treatment of hepatitis B and its influencing factors in outpatients of stomatology

目的了解口腔门诊病人对乙型病毒性肝炎(简称乙肝)防治知识知晓状况,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用问卷调查法对2017年10月~2018年2月在某院口腔科门诊就诊的310例病人进行调查,了解口腔门诊病人对乙肝防治知识知晓状况并分析其影响因素。结果共调查病人310例,其中男性占46. 77%(145/310)、女性占53. 22%(165/310);年龄最小18岁、最大51岁,平均(34. 09±7. 48)岁;已婚占53. 55%(166/310),未婚占40. 00%(124/310);病人对乙肝各项知识知晓率情况为58. 06%~86. 45%;不同年龄、文化程度、职业、家庭月收入及是否接种乙肝疫苗对乙肝防治知识知晓率之间的差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9. 59、17. 15、28. 84、13. 43、4. 56,P <0. 05);多因素Logistic分析表明,职业(OR=2. 016,95%CI=1. 288~3. 154)、文化程度(OR=1. 681,95%CI=1. 089~2. 721)是口腔门诊病人乙肝防治知识知晓率的主要影响因素。结论口腔门诊病人对乙肝防治知识知晓率较低,文化程度、职业是乙肝防治知识知晓率的重要影响因素,应长期开展多层次有针对性的健康教育活动。

Objective To understand the status of knowledge about prevention and treatment of hepatitis B in outpatients of stomatology,and to explore the influencing factors.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 310 patients in the outpatient department of stomatology from October in 2017 to February in 2018,and to understand the knowledge of prevention and treatment of hepatitis B among outpatients and analyze its influencing factors.Results A total of 310 patients were investigated,including 46.77%(145/310)males and 53.22%females(165/310).The youngest was 18 years old and the oldest was 51 years old,with an average of(34.09±7.48)years old;married women accounted for 53.55%(166/310),unmarried accounted for 40.00%(124/310);the knowledge rate of hepatitis b was 58.06%~86.45%;there were statistically significant differences in knowledge of hepatitis b prevention and treatment among different age,education level,occupation,family monthly income and inoculation with hepatitis b vaccine(χ~2=9.59,17.15,28.84,13.43,4.56,P<0.05);multivariate Logistic analysis showed that occupation(OR=2.016,95%CI=1.288~3.154)and education level(OR=1.681,95%CI=1.089~2.721)were the main influencing factors of knowledge awareness rate of hepatitis b prevention and treatment in outpatients of stomatology.Conclusion The awareness rate of knowledge about prevention and treatment of hepatitis B in outpatients of stomatology clinic is low.The education level and occupation are important factors influencing the awareness rate of knowledge about prevention and treatment of hepatitis B.
