2014-2017年北京市丰台区医疗机构法定传染病报告质量与漏报调查分析

Investigation and analysis on the quality and omission report of statutory infectious diseases in medical institutions in Fengtai District of Beijing from 2014 to 2017

目的了解北京市丰台区各级医疗机构法定传染病报告质量,及时发现存在的问题,为进一步规范疫情报告管理工作及提高报告质量提供依据。方法利用Excel 2010及SPSS 19. 0汇总、分析2014-2017年北京市丰台区督导数据及历年全区法定传染病报告质量分析,得出漏报率、报告及时率、完整率、准确率、一致率等指标。结果 2014-2017年北京市丰台区法定传染病漏报率分别为2. 20%、2. 33%、0. 49%、1. 70%;报告及时率分别为99. 93%、99. 90%、99. 94%、99. 90%;完整率分别为98. 65%、 99. 61%、 97. 45%、 98. 22%;准确率分别为99. 83%、99. 92%、99. 85%、99. 87%;一致率分别为90. 39%、75. 84%、82. 06%、87. 72%。结论 2014-2017年北京市丰台区法定传染病报告率、报告及时率、完整率、准确率均较高,一致率有待提高。建议继续严抓漏报及提高传染病报告质量,以保证全区法定传染病数据的真实性、完整性,从而为疾病监测、疫情发现及控制做好保障。

Objective To get an insight into the reporting quality of statutory infectious diseases in all levels of medical institutions in Fengtai District of Beijing,and to find out the existing problems in time,so as to provide a basis for further standardizing the reporting management of epidemic diseases and improving the reporting quality.Methods Excel 2010 and SPSS 19.0 were used to summarize and analyze the supervision data of Fengtai District of Beijing from 2014 to 2017 and the quality analysis of statutory infectious disease reports over the years.The indicators such as missing report rate,timely reporting rate,completeness rate,accuracy rate,consistency rate and other indicators were obtained.Results From 2014 to 2017,the missing rate of statutory infectious diseases in Fengtai District of Beijing was 2.20%,2.33%,0.49%and 1.70%,respectively.The timely reporting rate was 99.93%,99.90%,99.94%and 99.90%respectively.The completeness rate was 98.65%,99.61%,97.45%and98.22%,respectively.The accuracy rate was 99.83%,99.92%,99.85%and 99.87%,respectively.The consistency rate was90.39%,75.84%,82.06%and 87.72%,respectively.Conclusion From 2014 to 2017,the reporting rate,timely reporting rate,completeness rate and accuracy rate of statutory infectious diseases in Fengtai District of Beijing are all high,and the consistency rate needs to be improved.It is recommended to continue to strictly prevent underreporting and improve the quality of infectious disease reports to ensure the authenticity and integrity of the data of statutory infectious diseases in the region,so as to guarantee the disease supervision,detection and control.
