Biolog微生物鉴定系统对鼠疫菌弱毒株及其噬菌体耐受株的鉴定比较研究 被引量:4

A comparative study on the identification of attenuated strains of Yersinia pestis and their bacteriophage resistant strains by Biolog Microbial Identification System

摘要 目的应用Biolog微生物鉴定系统鉴定比较鼠疫菌弱毒株(614F株)及其耐受菌株(R-2-12、R-2-51和R-2-56)生化、营养等表型特征。方法参照Biolog微生物鉴定系统标准规程A,使用Retro Spect’ s分析软件进行分析。结果利用Biolog微生物鉴定系统Gen III鉴定板检测显示,鼠疫菌614F株及其耐受菌株(R-2-56)不能发酵麦芽糖、密二糖、鼠李糖;614F株L-脯氨酸反应阳性,而614F株耐受中间代R-2-12、R-2-51株和耐受株R-2-56 L-脯氨酸反应阴性;614F株氨曲南反应阴性,而614F株耐受中间代R-2-12、R-2-51株和耐受株R-2-56氨曲南反应阳性。结论 614F株与其耐受菌株(R-2-12、R-2-51、R-2-56)比较生化表型无改变,但营养特征(脯氨酸)反应和抗生素(氨曲南)反应有差别。提示鼠疫菌弱毒菌614F株耐受株在耐受过程中营养需求和抗生素的抗性发生改变。 Objective To identify and compare the biochemical and nutritional characteristics of attenuated strains of Yersinia pestis(614 F strain)and their resistant strains(R-2-12 strain,R-2-51 strain and R-2-56 strain)by the Biolog Microbial Identification System.Methods Retro Spect’s analytical software was used for analysis in accordance with Biolog Microbial Identification System Standard Procedure.Results The Biolog Microbial Identification System Gen III Identification plate showed that the 614 F strain of Yersinia pestis and its resistant strain(R-2-56)could not ferment maltose,D-Melibiose and rhamnose.614 F strain was positive for L-proline,while the 614 F resistant strains(the intermediate R-2-12,R-2-51 and R-2-56)were negative for L-proline.The 614 F strain was negative for aztreonam,while the 614 F resistant strains(the intermediate R-2-12,R-2-51 and R-2-56)were positive for aztreonam.Conclusion There is no change in biochemical phenotype between the 614 F strain and its resistant strains(R-2-12,R-2-51,R-2-56),but there are differences in nutritional characteristics(proline)response and antibiotic(aztreonam)response.The results suggest that the nutritional requirements and antibiotic resistance of the resistant strain of Yersinia pestis 614 F strain are changed during the tolerance process.
