河北省张家口市崇礼滑雪场所对关键控制点采取措施后室内空气卫生质量监测结果评析

Evaluation of indoor air sanitation quality monitoring results after taking measures for the key control points at Chongli skiing place in Zhangjiakou City in Hebei

目的了解张家口市崇礼滑雪场所室内空气卫生质量状况,为制定2022年北京冬奥会医疗卫生保障方案提供科学依据。方法依据《公共场所卫生监测技术规范》对张家口市崇礼4家滑雪场所室内空气卫生质量进行监测。结果张家口市崇礼不同滑雪场所、不同类别场所空气卫生质量合格率差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);不同类别场所监测项次合格率差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);而4家滑雪场所的游泳场馆、宾馆、沐浴场所、电影院、健身房、KTV空气卫生质量差异有统计学意义(χ~2=-95. 03,P <0. 05)。结论应继续加强关键控制点研究,确保张家口市崇礼滑雪场所公共卫生安全。

Objective To get an insight into the indoor air sanitation quality status of Chongli skiing place in Zhangjiakou City,and to provide scientific basis for formulating the medical and health security plan for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.Methods The indoor air sanitation quality of four ski resorts in Chongli,Zhangjiakou City was monitored according to the'Technical Specifications for Health Monitoring in Public Places'.Results There was no significant difference in the qualified rates of air sanitation quality between different skiing places and different types of places in Chongli District of Zhangjiakou City(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the qualified rate of monitoring items in different categories(P>0.05).Besides,there were statistically significant differences in air sanitation quality between swimming venues,hotels,bathing places,cinemas,gyms and KTVs in the four ski resorts(χ~2=-95.03,P<0.05).Conclusion The research on key control points should continue to be strengthened to ensure the public health and safety of Chongli ski resorts in Zhangjiakou City.
