江苏省苏州市2016年疟原虫镜检技能分析

Skills analysis of microscopic examination of Malaria parasites in Suzhou City of Jiangsu Province in 2016

目的分析2016年苏州市疟疾镜检技术竞赛成绩,了解全市疟疾防治人员疟原虫诊断能力。方法组织参赛选手进行疟原虫厚、薄血片制作(50分)和镜检读片(50分)考核,依据性别、年龄、职称、学历、单位性质等对参赛选手疟原虫检测成绩进行统计分析。结果参赛选手的总平均成绩82. 13分,最高分96. 4分、最低分63. 6分;制片部分平均得分41. 78分,最高分46. 7分、最低分33. 6分;镜检读片部分平均得分35. 33分,最高分50分、最低分20分。不同性别、年龄、职称、学历、单位性质的参赛选手的成绩差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论参赛选手整体成绩良好,但是疟原虫镜检读片能力有待进一步提高。

Objective To analyze the results of the Suzhou malaria microscopy technical competition in 2016,and to learn about the diagnostic ability of Malaria parasites in malaria control personnel throughout the city.Methods The participants were organized to make thick and thin blood tablets of plasmodium(50 points)and to read the films under microscope(50 points).According to gender,age,professional title,education background,and unit character,etc.The results of the plasmodium test were statistically analyzed.Results The overall average score of the contestants was 82.13 points,with a maximum score of 96.4 points and a minimum score of 63.6 points.The average score of blood tablets making test was 41.78 points,the highest score was 46.7 points and the lowest score was 33.6 points.The average score of films reading test was 35.33 points,with.a maximum score of 50 points and a minimum score of 20 points.There were no significant differences in the scores of contestants with different genders,ages,professional titles,education backgrounds,and unit characters(all P>0.05).Conclusion The overall performance of the contestants was good,but the ability of reading the plasmodium film with microscopy needs to be further improved.
