北方华锦450kt/a乙烯装置尾气精馏系统的应用

摘要 尾气精馏系统是S&W前脱丙烷前加氢工艺中冷分离单元的重要组成部分,承担着提高乙烯收率、降低高压脱甲烷塔及乙烯制冷压缩机、丙烯制冷压缩机负荷的重要作用。通过对尾气精馏系统运行状态的分析,阐述了影响尾气精馏系统的主要因素及优化调整方案,并就尾气精馏系统的特点与传统ARS激冷工艺进行比较。经实践证明,在S&W前脱丙烷前加氢工艺中应用尾气精馏系统技术成熟可靠,操作灵活,运行稳定有利于综合能耗的降低。 Tail gas distillation system is an integral part of the cold separation unit in S&W front-end depropanization and front-end hydrogenation process,aiming to improve the ethylene yield and reduce the loads of high pressure demethanizer,ethylene refrigeration compressor and propylene refrigeration compressor. By analyzing the operation status of tail gas distillation system,this paper discusses the main factors influencing tail gas distillation system and the optimization scheme,and compares the characteristics of tail gas distillation system with those of traditional ARS quench process. Practices prove that the tail gas distillation system applied in S&W front-end depropanization and front-end hydrogenation process is reliable,flexible and stable,and it is advantageous in reducing the comprehensive energy consumption.
