摘要
通过对独山子220 kt/a乙烯装置2011年停工过程中物料损失的分析研究,根据工艺包及物性参数进行定量计算,找出物料损失最为严重的几个工艺单元,为降低停工过程物料损失提供数据基础。
The material reduction of the 220 kt /a ethylene plant in Dushanzi during its shutdown in 2011 is analyzed,and an quantitative calculation is performed based on the process package and the physical parameters to find out the process units with the highest material loss,thus providing a data basis for reducing the material loss during the shutdown of ethylene plant.
