摘要
随着DCS的广泛应用,石化行业生产过程的控制水平有了很大的提高。但多数DCS仅采用常规PID控制,未充分发挥其功能。阐述了先进控制器的基本原理及特点以及先进的控制方法,以中原聚丙烯装置YOKOGAVA的CS3000控制系统为例,可以在DCS系统常规控制技术的基础上,投入少量的资金及人力,即可产生较好的收益。
With the wide application of DCS,the control level of production process in petrochemical industry has been greatly improved. However,most of the DCS used conventional PID control which did not give full play to its functions. This paper discusses the basic principles and characteristics of advanced controller and the advanced control methods,and takes YOKOGAVA's CS3000 control system used in the polypropylene unit at SINOPEC Zhongyuan Petrochemical Corp. Ltd. as an example to show that good economic benefit can be produced by investing a small amount of capital and manpower based on the conventional control technology of DCS system.
