临床医学硕士研究生培养制度改革带来的困惑与挑战

Puzzles and challenges in the reform of the training system for postgraduates of clinical medicine

研究生教育作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,为培养高层次临床医学专业人才而设立的高层次的研究生教育,在临床医学教育中发挥着重要作用。随着国家医学教育的进一步发展及新的教育政策和制度的出台,临床医学研究生教育也面临着新的困惑和挑战,需要我们进一步探索和解决。本文结合自身教学体会,对临床医学专业硕士研究生培养中存在的问题进行分析,对今后医学专业研究生教育培养制度改进提出了有益的探讨。

Graduate education as an important part of Chinese higher education,to train high level clinical medical professionals,and set up a higher level of development of postgraduate education,plays an important role in clinical medical education.With the further development of national medical education and the issue of new education policy and regulation,clinical medicine graduate education is faced with new challenges and confusion,which need to be further explored and solved.In this article,based on the teaching experience,the problems in the training system for postgraduates of clinical medicine were analyzed and discussed,in order to improve the training system of postgraduates of clinical medicine in the future.
