北京某三甲医院管理人员出国培训意向调查分析

An analysis of the administrators' intention of going abroad for training based on an investigation in class Ⅲ hospitals of Beijing

通过对该院管理人员的出国培训现状及培训意向的调查分析,了解目前医院管理人员的出国培训现状、意向与职工出国培训的主要顾虑,为医院今后组织管理人员出国培训奠定基础。采用自行设计的"管理人员出国培训意向调查问卷",对问卷结果进行统计分析,针对调查结果与目前出国培训存在的问题提出建议,为医院今后开展出国培训提供科学的依据。

Through a survey on hospital administrators' training abroad,the status and the intention of going abroad for training,and their major concerns were studied.The results of the study would lay a foundation for hospital to arrange administrators to train abroad in the future.In the study,self-designed questionnaires on the administrators' intention of going abroad were applied and statistical analysis was carried out.Some suggestions were presented based on the results and the problems existing in current training abroad,which provided scientific basis for hospital plan of administrators' training abroad.
