骨科临床教学中加强能力培养的探讨

Discussion of advancing students' capability in clinical teaching of orthopaedics

临床骨科作为外科学中很重要的组成部分,是医学生培养过程中不可缺少的知识和技能,如何紧紧围绕医学生临床能力培养,提高授课的质量效果和根据医学的特点和医学生学习状况的实际,搞好骨科临床教学非常重要。本文从授课中提高形象化、临床实践中的病例引导、临床操作能力培养、临床思维能力的培养、注重骨科专业外语教学及加强医学生医患沟通能力的培养等方面进行了讨论。

As an important part of surgery,clinical orthopaedics is indispensable knowledge and skill in medical students' training.It is important to cultivate the students' clinical capability,promote the quality and effectiveness of teaching,and do well in clinical teaching of orthopaedics according to the students' features and their practical situation of learning.In this article,some teaching methods were explored and discussed,such as the introduction of visual and practical cases,the training of clinical operating and thinking capacity,the emphasis on foreign language teaching of orthopaedics,and the training of doctor-patient communication capability.
