应用德尔菲法构建高校继续教育培训项目评价指标体系的研究

Application of Delphi method in the evaluation index system of university continuing education training program

目的建立符合高校特点的继续教育培训项目评价指标体系,提升高校继续教育项目过程管理的科学性和规范性。方法在查阅文献、问卷调查、专家访谈的前期工作基础上,采用德尔菲法和层次分析法确定评价指标和权重。结果构建4个一级指标、15个二级指标的高校继续教育培训项目指标评价体系,同时给各级指标权重赋值。结论该培训项目评价指标体系的建立可更好地促进高校继续教育培训项目过程管理,提高继续教育人才培养质量。

Objective To establish the evaluation index system of continuing education training in line with the university characteristics, and to promote the scientific and normative management of continuing education. Methods Based on the preliminary research methods including literature review, questionnaire survey and expert interview, the evaluation index and weight were determined by Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Results The evaluation index system of university continuing education training program was constructed, including 4 ifrst level indexes and 15 second level indexes, as well as all levels of indexes were weighted. Conclusion The establishment of the evaluation index system of the training program can properly facilitate the management of university continuing education training and improve the quality of personnel training.
