摘要
目的构建适用于本科护理学生(以下简称护生)临床实习综合质量的考核体系,为本科护生的实习质量评价、实习质量管理提供参考依据。方法在文献回顾法的基础上,构建考核体系初稿,并运用德尔菲法对24名护理专家进行2轮问卷咨询。结果建立的本科护生临床实习综合质量评价指标体系包括一级指标3项、二级指标10项、三级指标48项。结论专家的积极性、权威程度和协调程度均较高,该评价体系可以作为全面地评价本科护生临床实习综合质量的科学依据。
Objective To set up clinical practice evaluation system for nursing undergraduates. Methods A total of 24 nursing experts participated in the two-round consultation by Delphi technique. Results The clinical practice evaluation system for nursing undergraduates was established, and included 3 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and48 third-level indicators. Conclusion In this study, the selected experts’ positive coefficient, authority coefficient and coordination coefficient are high.The clinical practice evaluation system is a scieutific basis for evaluating the effectiveness of clinical practice.
