肺癌手术患者住院费用影响因素分析——基于B专科医院与Z综合医院的有关数据

Comparative analysis of hospital expenses and influence factors of lung cancer surgery patients between B specialized hospital and Z general hospital

目的研究B专科医院和Z综合医院肺癌住院手术患者住院费用的变动趋势及其构成。方法收集2012-2017年两家医院肺癌住院手术患者的社会人口学特征、治疗和费用相关信息并进行比较,通过描述性分析、卡方检验、多元线性回归分析等方法进行数据分析。结果对肺癌手术患者住院费用有显著影响的因素有手术费用占比、一次性耗材费用占比、医院类型、有无伴随疾病、检查治疗费用占比、住院天数、药占比。结论调整住院费用结构,严格控制一次性耗材的使用,是有效控制住院费用的重要措施。

Objective To study the change trend and composition of lung cancer hospitalization expenses between B specialized hospital and Z general hospital. Methods Data analysis was conducted by descriptive analysis, chi-square test, multivariate linear regression analysis and other methods. Results The factors influencing the hospitalization cost of patients with lung cancer surgery were the proportion of operation expenses, the proportion of disposable consumptive material, hospital types, accompanying diseases, the proportion of examination and treatment expenses, payment methods,hospitalization days and the proportion of drugs. Conclusion It is an important measure to adjust the cost structure of hospitalization and strictly control the use of disposable materials.
