消费者的品牌识别和品牌价值共创——以网易云音乐为案例 被引量:1

摘要 在如今互联网社群经济的迅速渗透下,消费者本身已经能够具备塑造品牌身份的能力,价值共创行为的过程中,改变了以往企业单向的品牌塑造模式,而是企业把消费者聚在一起,将消费者团结在一起而作为一个单独的单元与品牌的发展互动。在品牌价值共创的背景下,品牌管理中应当引导用户自行生产品牌内容,通过更多的用户生产内容来引发社交网络的品牌信息扩散。本文以网易云音乐营销为案例,研究了网易云对品牌价值共创的引导,网易云音乐通过对90后的成长经历、情感体验、真实故事三个角度建立起初始内容,与目标市场的潜在情感诉求发生了碰撞,强化了消费者的自由表达空间,在社交网络上由90后群体完成了品牌所属群体的画像。
