“蜻蜓点水”与“断其一指”二十年前,我第一次走上讲台。事先下了很大功夫,课“背”得很熟。上了讲台,口若悬河,滔滔不绝,板书也密密麻麻,很是认真。但是,两节课下来,学生们却反映不得要领,收获不大。原因何在呢? 指导教师指出:这次讲课不成功的主要原因是面面俱到重点不突出。的确。

In the article,the author introduces his teaching experience.At first, what he taught contained too much material for the students to follow. So the teaching result wasn't satisfactory.The author has learned two things from his many years' experience. First,if a teacher wants to give a successful lecture,he should give prominence to the key points of what he is going to teach and strive to put them across.Sometimes they should be repeated again and again or explained from different aspects.In this way,the students can grab the main points and have a clear conception.They will get twice the result with half the effort. Secondly,a teacher needs to be quite at ease when he gives a lecture. Some teachers design meticulously their classroom language and manner, but the effect is just the opposite.If a teacher wants to get the ideal result,he should be natural and relaxed.Only in this way can a teacher get rid of awkward and affected ways of teaching and gradually form his own simple style. With these two points in mind,the author has obtained good teaching results,
