摘要
杨梅素是一种天然黄酮类化合物,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤和抗增殖等多种药理作用,但其水溶性、生物利用度及生物活性低,影响了其开发应用。为了获得水溶性好、高效的杨梅素新衍生物,化学家们对其结构进行了大量的优化工作。对杨梅素及其衍生物的研究进展进行综述,以期为进一步的结构优化提供参考。
Myricetin is a natural flavonoid compound with multiple pharmacological activities,such as anti-oxidative,anti-inflammatory,anti-carcinogenic and anti-proliferative effects.However,its development and application have been limited by poor water-solubility,low bioavailability and low biological activity.In order to obtain new derivatives of myricetin with good water-solubility and high efficacy,chemists have conducted extensive structural optimization.In this review,the progress in research on myricetin and its analogues was reported,so as to provide reference for further structural optimization.
