Patent Analysis of Stem Cell Technology

通过分析干细胞技术相关专利,研究干细胞技术的发展现状,并推测未来技术的发展方向,指出未来干细胞技术的发展更应侧重于加快基础研究到应用的转化,促进产业的发展;另外还分析了干细胞技术主要专利申请人的专利布局策略,并对比我国和其他国家或地区在干细胞技术专利申请方面的差异,以期对我国创新主体未来的技术研发方向及专利布局有所启示。

Through analyzing recently published patents,this article discusses the current status and future development of stem cell technology,suggesting that enterprises should shift their focus towards translational research to foster industrial transformation of stem cell-related technologies.This article also analyzes the application strategies of major patent holders by comparison of the differences between Chinese and foreign applicants of stem cell patents,with an aim to provide reference for the Chinese research entities in the determination of their research direction and patent portfolio.
