闽北区方言的阴调浊声母字考察——兼评白—沙上古新系统

A Study of Characters with Upper Register Tone and Voiced Initial in Northern Min Dialects: Referring to the Latest Reconstruction of Old Chinese by Baxter and Sagart

本文在已故的罗杰瑞教授所做研究的基础上进一步考察闽北区方言中58个阴调浊声母字。它们的来源应该是多元的。白一平教授和沙加尔教授的上古新系统十分重视闽北区方言的阴调浊声母字。他们根据这些字构拟了弱音节~*C?,如'狗'~*C?.k~■ro。本文认为阴调浊声母字并不都源于'~*C?+词干'结构。

This paper discusses 58 characters with upper register tone and voiced initial in Northern Min dialects on the basis of researches made by late professor Jerry Norman. They must be multi-original. William Baxter and Laurent Sagart published a new reconstruction of Old Chinese phonology recently. They paid much attention to them and reconstructed a weak syllable ~*C? in Old Chinese because of them. The character gou(狗) is reconstructed as ~*C?.k~■ro, for example. This paper argues that not all these 58 words have developed from the Old Chinese ~*C?+stem structure.
