微生物多糖对巨噬细胞的激活作用及其机制 被引量:3

摘要 巨噬细胞是由单核细胞分化而来,具有防卫作用的免疫细胞。激活的巨噬细胞具有吞噬病原微生物和细胞碎片、抗原递呈、产生和分泌多种细胞信号分子和细胞因子、激活其他免疫细胞等功能,是机体非特异性免疫的重要组成部分。近年来发现,许多微生物来源的多糖可以通过巨噬细胞表面受体诱导胞内复杂而又交叉的信号通路来激活巨噬细胞从而发挥其免疫调节作用。因此本文总结了近年来不同微生物来源的多糖激活巨噬细胞的免疫调节作用及其分子机制,从而为微生物多糖资源的开发利用提供一定的理论参考。
