心力衰竭患者肌钙蛋白I与心电的相关性

摘要 目的:探讨心力衰竭(Heart failure,HF)患者肌钙蛋白I(Cardiac troponin I,cTnI)与心电(Electrocardio)的相关性。方法:选择我院心血管内科心力衰竭住院患者102例,所有患者均检查cTnI、24h动态心电图,根据肌钙蛋白I的浓度将患者分为:cTnI正常组(A组)47例、cTnI升高组(B组)55例。结果:cTnI升高组心功能分级较cTnI正常组明显增高,差异有统计学意义。cTnI升高组存在更高的心律失常发生率。结论:cTnI升高是心力衰竭患者病情较重的一个预测因子,预测更高的心律失常的发生率。 Objective :To investigate the correlation of Cardiac Troponin I (cTnI) and Electrocardio in the patients with Heart Failure .Methods :102 patients with Heart failure were chosen inpatient department of Cardiovascular ,all pa-tients were checked cTnI and dynamic electrocardiogram .The patients were divided into two groups according to level of cTnI ,the group of the normal cTnI level were A group(47) ,the group of elevatory cTnI level were B group(55) .Re-sults:The cardiac function classification of the group of the elevatory cTnI level are higher then the group of the normal cTnI level .The occurrence rate of arrhythmia the in the group of the elevatory cTnI level are higher .Conclusion:The elevatory level of cTnI is predictive factor of patients with Heart failure in a critical condition ,the elevatory level of cT-nI can forecast higher occurrence rate of arrhythmia in patients with Heart failure .
