临床实习护生遭遇横向暴力的现状调查及研究

Present Investigation About Lateral Violence which Clinical Practice Nursing Students Encountered

目的:通过了解临床实习护生遭受横向暴力情况,探讨临床实习护生群体中,横向暴力发生的因素及应对策略。方法:采用问卷调查法。结果:横向暴力主要以隐性暴力形式存在;不同学历层次的护生中,本科护生遭受横向暴力发生率明显高于大专、中专护生;临床实习护生遭遇横向暴力时,消极应对者明显多于积极应对者。结论:横向暴力普遍存在于临床实习护生群体中,需采取有效措施进行干预。

Objective :To investigate the causes of clinical practice nursing students meet with lateral violence and cop-ing strategies by understanding the situation of lateral violence they encountered .Methods :Questionnaire investigation . Results :Lateral violence mainly exists in the form of the recessive violence ;undergraduate nursing students were signifi-cantly higher than colleges and technical secondary nursing students at the incidence of encountered lateral violence ;when clinical practice nursing students confronted with lateral violence ,negative coping is significantly more than the positive response .Conclusion:Lateral violence is widespread in the clinical practice nursing students ,it need to take ef-fective measures to intervene .
