血栓前状态与早发型重度子痫前期发病的相关分析

Correlation Analysis of Prethrombotic State and the Early Onset of Severe Preeclampsia

目的:探讨研究早发型重度子痫前期患者母血的血栓状态与发病率之间的相关关系。方法:选取2010年1月-2013年1月于我院产科住院分娩的早发型重度子痫前期患者70例作为研究对象,同时选取同期住院分娩晚发型重度子痫前期患者以及正常分娩孕妇各70例作为对照组,分别记为早发组、晚发组以及正常组,对三组研究对象的凝血四项、栓溶二聚体(D-Dimer)、抗凝血酶Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)等凝血止血指标进行检测,并比较三组研究对象之间的差异。结果:早发组患者的抗凝血酶Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)含量明显低于晚发组与正常组,而栓溶二聚体(D-Dimer)明显高于对照组与晚发组,各组统计结果有明显性差异(P<0.05),而凝血四项PT明显缩短、FIB明显高于正常组与晚发组,APTT、TT指标三组间无明显性差异。结论:早发型重度子痫前期的血栓状态较正常组更为严重,在临床监测中,对有高危因素的孕妇可通过检测血栓前状态的变化预测重度子痫前期的发病概率,其可作为早发型重度子痫前期发病的重要参考指标。

Objective :To investigate the relationship between the state and the incidence of thrombosis in patients with early onset severe preeclampsia maternal blood .Methods :From 2010 January to 2013 January in our hospital during the early onset severe preeclampsia 70 cases as the research object ,at the same time from the same hospital delivery late on-set severe preeclampsia and normal pregnant women 70 cases as control group ,were recorded as early group ,late onset group and the normal group ,the three study group of four items of blood coagulation ,thrombosis dissolved two dimers (D-Dimer) ,antithrombin Ⅲ (AT-Ⅲ) and other coagulation hemostasis were detected and compared between the three groups ,the difference between the object of study .Results:The early onset group of antithrombin Ⅲ (AT-Ⅲ ) were significantly lower than the late group and the normal group ,and two bolt soluble polymer (D-Dimer) was significantly higher than that in control group and late onset group ,each group had significant difference in Statistics (P<0 .05) , and four items of blood coagulation shortened PT ,FIB was significantly higher than the normal group and late onset group ,APTT ,TT index had no significant difference between the three groups .Conclusion:The early onset of severe preeclampsia prethrombotic state is lower than that of the normal group is more serious ,in clinical monitoring ,to have risk factors of pregnant women through the changes of prethrombotic state detection to predict the onset of severe pre-eclampsia probability ,which can be used as an important reference index for early onset severe preeclampsia .
