妊娠高血压孕妇血清尿酸水平与围产儿预后的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨妊娠高血压孕妇血清尿酸水平与围产儿预后的相关性。方法:对65例妊娠高血压孕妇孕晚期时检测血清尿酸水平,根据尿酸<297.5μmol/L,297.5~400μmol/L和≥400μmol/L分为观察组A、B、C三个组,另选取50例正常足月单胎孕妇为对照组,比较各组围产儿的情况。结果:观察组妊娠高血压孕妇早产率为10.77%,死亡率3.07%,均明显高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中观察组C组的足月小样儿率最高,达36.37%,出生1min Apgar评分≤7分的发生率为45.46%,新生儿窒息率达45.46%,均明显高于观察组A和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠高血压孕妇血清尿酸水平异常升高将影响围产儿的预后,常规产前检测血清尿酸水平将有助于早期干预和防止疾病的发展。
