摘要
目的:观察混合氧(95%O2和5%CO2)、纯氧、空气三种不同气体供氧对离体血管环收缩和舒张功能的影响。方法:分别以混合氧(95%O2和5%CO2)、纯氧、空气进行供氧对内皮完好的离体大鼠胸主动脉环进行离体灌流实验,观察去甲肾上腺素(NE)诱发的血管环收缩的潜伏期、达峰时间、最大收缩幅度值及乙酰胆碱(Ach)引起的张力下降百分率等四项指标的变化情况,从而推断含氧量不同的三种气体对离体血管环收缩和舒张功能的影响。结果:混合氧与纯氧比较,纯氧组的达峰时间较混合氧组长[(576.40±36.89)s VS(838.00±85.98)s],有显著差异(P<0.01),收缩的潜伏期、最大收缩幅度及张力下降百分比三项观察指标均无统计学意义(P>0.05);混合氧与空气比较,空气组达峰时间较混合氧组长[(576.40±36.89)s VS(866.10±55.18)s],有显著差异(P<0.01),空气组的Ach作用下张力下降百分率较混合氧组低[(41.98±4.95)%VS(48.43±4.32)%],有显著差异(P<0.01),收缩的潜伏期及最大收缩幅度两项指标无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:混合氧、纯氧对NE诱发的离体血管收缩反应的潜伏期、最大收缩张力及Ach作用引起的舒血管作用的影响无统计学差异,但纯氧使血管环收缩的达峰时间延长;空气组在延长血管环收缩达峰时间的同时对Ach引起的舒血管作用减弱。
Objective:To observe the influence of systolic and diastolic function on the in-vitro vascular ring by three different gases supply,methods:mixed oxygen(95%O2,95%CO2),pure oxygen and air.Methods:Doing the in-vitro perfusion experiments on thoracic aortic rings of the rats,whose vascular endothelial is intact,with mixed oxygen(95%O2,95%CO2),pure oxygen and air respectively.Then observing the latent period,time to peak and maximum contraction amplitude of systolic effect on vascular ring causing by norepinephrine(NE)and percentages drop in tension causing by acetylcholine and recording the relevant data.Results:Firstly,compared to the group of mixed oxygen,we gained that the time to peak in pure oxygen experience is longer[(576.40±36.89)s VS(838.00±85.98)s]and has a significant difference(P<0.01).In additional,there is no significant differences on the latent period,maximum contraction amplitude and the percentage drop in tension by comparing these two groups(P>0.05).On the other hand,when comparing the mixed oxygen group with air,we found that there is significant difference in time to peak(P<0.01)and the result is longer in the former group[(576.40±36.89)s VS(866.10±55.18)s].Also,the percentage drop in tension of the air group is lower than mixed oxygen[(41.98±4.95)% VS(48.43±4.32)%],which has a significant difference(P<0.01).However,there is no significant difference in the latent period and the maximum contraction amplitude(P>0.05).Conclusion:Groups of pure oxygen and air show no statistically significant differences on the latent period,time to peak and maximum contraction amplitude of systolic effect on vascular ring causing by norepinephrine(NE)and percentages drop in tension causing by acetylcholine.But the pure oxygen performs an ability to extend the time to peak when comparing with the group of mixed oxygen.Otherwise,group of air not only extends the time to peak,but also reduces the effect of vasodilatation causing by acetylcholine.
